Instructions
- Steam or blanch Broccoli until tender-crisp, about 5-7 minutes. Drain well and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together all Batter ingredients until smooth.
- Dip each Broccoli floret into the Batter, ensuring it's fully coated.
- Heat Canola oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Fry the battered Broccoli in batches for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the Broccoli from the skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- In a small bowl, combine all Hot Honey ingredients.
- Brush or drizzle the Hot Honey over the fried Broccoli.
- Sprinkle with Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded and serve immediately.
