Hot Honey Yogurt Dip
A more refined version of hot honey yogurt dip, featuring a touch of citrus brightness and a higher quality honey.

Full-Fat Greek Yogurt
3 tbsp
Local Wildflower Honey
1 tsp
Chili Garlic Sauce
1/2 tsp
Orange Zest
1/4 tsp
Vanilla Bean Paste

A more refined version of hot honey yogurt dip, featuring a touch of citrus brightness and a higher quality honey.
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine all Yogurt Base ingredients and whisk until smooth.
- In a small saucepan, gently warm all Hot Honey ingredients over low heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly. Do not boil.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Pour the warm Hot Honey mixture into the Yogurt Base and stir until fully incorporated.
- Stir in Orange Zest and Vanilla Bean Paste.
- Taste and adjust Chili Garlic Sauce for desired heat level. Sprinkle with Flaky Sea Salt before serving.
- Serve immediately or chill for later. Best served with fruit, pretzels, or vegetables.
