Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together Egg Wash ingredients.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the Dough to about 1/8 inch thickness.
- Use a round cookie cutter or knife to cut out 6 circles (about 6-inch diameter).
- In a medium bowl, mix together all Filling ingredients.
- Place a spoonful of the Filling mixture onto one half of each Dough circle, leaving a small border.
- Fold the other half of the Dough over the filling to create a half-moon shape. Press the edges firmly with a fork to seal.
- Brush the top of each pizza pocket with the Egg Wash.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
