Equipment: 8-inch square baking pan, Large bowl, Whisk, Measuring cups and spoons Shop these items →
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease an 8-inch square baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all Dry Ingredients.
  3. Pour Boiling water and Vegetable oil over the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
  4. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
