Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease an 8-inch square baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all Dry Ingredients.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together Buttermilk, Melted butter, and Honey.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Gently fold in Chopped chives, if using.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 22-27 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
