Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a standard ice cube tray.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together all Eggs and Milk until well combined.
  3. Stir in the Gruyere Cheese, Monterey Jack Cheese, Diced Red Bell Pepper, and Diced Green Onion.
  4. Add the Chopped Fresh Chives and Chopped Fresh Parsley.
  5. Season with Salt, Black Pepper, and Nutmeg.
  6. Pour the egg mixture into the greased ice cube tray, filling each cube about 3/4 full.
  7. Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until the egg bites are set and lightly golden.
  8. Let cool slightly before removing from the tray. Use a knife to gently loosen the edges if needed.
