Instructions
Prepare Fries: Peel and cut Yukon Gold potato into fry shapes. Toss with Truffle oil and Sea salt. Bake at 425°F (218°C) for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Season Dry-aged beef with Sea salt and Freshly ground black pepper. Form into a patty and cook in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat until browned and cooked to desired doneness.
Prepare the Cheese Sauce. Melt Unsalted butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in All-purpose flour and cook for 1-2 minutes to create a roux.
Gradually whisk in Heavy cream until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low and stir in Gruyère cheese, Parmesan cheese, and Nutmeg until melted and smooth.
Toast Sourdough bread to desired level of doneness.
Place toasted Sourdough bread on a plate. Top with the cooked hamburger Patty, then Truffle fries. Generously pour Cheese Sauce over the fries.
