Instructions
First, make the Candied Jalapenos: In a small saucepan, combine Apple Cider Vinegar, Granulated Sugar, and Salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Add Jalapenos and simmer for another 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool completely.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a medium bowl, combine all Cheese ingredients until smooth and creamy.
Stir in the sliced Jalapenos, Candied Jalapenos, Sour Cream, and Cayenne Pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
While the dip is baking, crisp the Prosciutto: Lay Prosciutto slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 5-7 minutes, or until crispy. Crumble.
Garnish with crumbled Prosciutto and chopped Chives before serving warm with artisan crackers or baguette slices.
