Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine all Chicken ingredients and mix well.
  2. Shape the chicken mixture into a loaf and place in a loaf pan.
  3. Bloom the Gelatin by sprinkling it over the Cold Water in a small bowl. Let stand for 5 minutes.
  4. Heat the Chicken Broth, Lemon Juice, Worcestershire Sauce, and Garlic Powder in a saucepan until simmering. Remove from heat.
  5. Add the bloomed Gelatin to the hot sauce and stir until completely dissolved.
  6. Pour the sauce over the chicken loaf, ensuring it's fully submerged.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, until fully set.
  8. Slice and serve with crusty bread or salad.
