Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Season Chicken thighs with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Bake or grill chicken until cooked through, about 25-30 minutes. Let cool slightly and shred.
- In a saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes to create a roux.
- Gradually whisk in Milk until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly.
- Add Sherry and simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until sauce has thickened. Stir in Gruyere cheese, Parmesan cheese, Dijon mustard, and Cayenne pepper.
- Slice Brioche slider buns in half. Layer shredded Chicken on the bottom halves of the buns.
- Pour Sauce over the Chicken. Top with Bacon and Gruyere cheese.
- Place the top halves of the buns on top. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
