Instructions
  1. First, make the Homemade Mayonnaise: In a food processor, combine Egg Yolk, Lemon Juice, and Dijon Mustard. Slowly drizzle in Oil while processing until emulsified and thickened. Season with Salt.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded Savoy Cabbage, shredded Carrot, and sliced Red Onion.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the Homemade Mayonnaise, Apple Cider Vinegar, Honey, chopped Parsley, Celery Seed, and White Pepper.
  4. Pour the Dressing over the vegetables and mix thoroughly to coat.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to meld. Stir before serving.
