  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook Pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  3. Prepare Sauce: In a saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Whisk in Flour and cook for 1-2 minutes to create a roux.
  4. Gradually whisk in Heavy cream until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly.
  5. Stir in Gochujang, Soy sauce, Truffle oil, Garlic powder, and White pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
  6. Combine cooked Pasta, Lobster meat, and Sauce in a large baking dish.
  7. Top with Gruyère, Fontina, and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Garnish with Chopped chives and Black truffle shavings before serving.
