Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook Pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare Sauce: In a saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Whisk in Flour and cook for 1-2 minutes to create a roux.
- Gradually whisk in Heavy cream until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly.
- Stir in Gochujang, Soy sauce, Truffle oil, Garlic powder, and White pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Combine cooked Pasta, Lobster meat, and Sauce in a large baking dish.
- Top with Gruyère, Fontina, and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with Chopped chives and Black truffle shavings before serving.
