  1. In a large bowl, dissolve the yeast and sugar in warm water. Let stand for 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. Add the flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 5-7 minutes, or until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, turning to coat. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
  5. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  6. In a shallow bowl, combine the Water and Molasses.
  7. In another shallow bowl, place the Sesame Seeds.
  8. Punch down the dough and divide it into 8 equal pieces.
  9. Roll each piece into a long rope, about 12 inches long.
  10. Form each rope into a ring, pinching the ends together to seal.
  11. Dip each ring into the Water and Molasses mixture, then dredge in the Sesame Seeds, ensuring they are well coated.
  12. Place the sesame-coated rings on the prepared baking sheet.
  13. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  14. Let cool on a wire rack before serving.
