Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the Eggs and Granulated Sugar until light and fluffy.
- Gradually whisk in the melted Butter until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the All-Purpose Flour and Ground Cardamom.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Preheat your Krumkake iron according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Lightly grease the Krumkake iron.
- Place a small spoonful (about 1 tablespoon) of batter onto the center of the hot iron.
- Close the iron and cook for 30-60 seconds, or until the Krumkake is golden brown.
- Quickly remove the Krumkake from the iron and immediately roll it around a wooden cone form.
- Hold the cone in place for a few seconds until it sets.
- Carefully slide the Krumkake cone off the form and let it cool completely on a wire rack.
- Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve plain or filled with whipped cream.
