Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brown the butter for the crust in a saucepan until golden brown and fragrant. Let cool slightly.
  3. Combine all Crust ingredients in a food processor and pulse until crumbly. Press into a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  4. Bake crust for 20-25 minutes, or until lightly golden.
  5. While crust is baking, whisk together all Filling ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
  6. Pour filling over hot crust and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes, or until set.
  7. Let cool completely before dusting with Powdered Sugar (for dusting) and cutting into squares.
