Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown the butter for the crust in a saucepan until golden brown and fragrant. Let cool slightly.
- Combine all Crust ingredients in a food processor and pulse until crumbly. Press into a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- Bake crust for 20-25 minutes, or until lightly golden.
- While crust is baking, whisk together all Filling ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
- Pour filling over hot crust and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes, or until set.
- Let cool completely before dusting with Powdered Sugar (for dusting) and cutting into squares.
