Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8 inch baking pan.
  2. Brown the butter in a saucepan over medium heat until golden brown and fragrant. Let cool slightly.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together all Brownie Ingredients except the browned butter.
  4. Add the cooled browned butter to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
  7. While brownies are cooling, prepare the Lemon Glaze: whisk together Powdered Sugar and Lemon Juice until smooth.
  8. Once brownies are completely cool, drizzle with Lemon Glaze and let set before cutting into squares.
