Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine all Crust ingredients in a food processor and pulse until it resembles coarse crumbs. Press firmly into the bottom of an 8x8 inch baking pan.
  3. Bake crust for 15-20 minutes, then let cool.
  4. In a large bowl, beat all Filling ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  5. Pour filling over cooled crust.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until set.
  7. Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
