Lemon Garlic Butter Salmon
A slightly more refined version of classic lemon garlic butter salmon, incorporating fresh herbs and a touch of white wine for added depth of flavor.

Garlic-minced

Lemon juice-freshly squeezed

A slightly more refined version of classic lemon garlic butter salmon, incorporating fresh herbs and a touch of white wine for added depth of flavor.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place Salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Add Garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
- Deglaze the pan with White wine, scraping up any browned bits. Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Stir in Lemon juice, Fresh parsley, Fresh dill, Salt, and Black pepper. Remove from heat.
- Pour Sauce evenly over Salmon fillets.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until Salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
