1.5 lbs Salmon fillets-skin on or off
6 tbsp Butter-unsalted
5 cloves Garlic-minced
3 tbsp Lemon juice-freshly squeezed
2 tbsp Dry white wine-such as Sauvignon Blanc

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place Salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Add Garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
  4. Deglaze the pan with White wine, scraping up any browned bits. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  5. Stir in Lemon juice, Fresh parsley, Fresh dill, Salt, and Black pepper. Remove from heat.
  6. Pour Sauce evenly over Salmon fillets.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until Salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
