Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine all Marinade ingredients.
  3. Place chicken thighs in a large ziplock bag or bowl and pour the marinade over them. Make sure the chicken is well coated.
  4. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
  5. Arrange chicken thighs skin-side up in a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
