Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine all Marinade ingredients.
- Place chicken thighs in a large ziplock bag or bowl and pour the marinade over them. Make sure the chicken is well coated.
- Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
- Arrange chicken thighs skin-side up in a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
- Roast for 45-50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the skin is golden brown and crispy.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
