3 cups Powdered Sugar
4 oz Cream Cheese-softened
3 tbsp Lemon Juice-freshly squeezed
1.5 tsp Lemon Zest

Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, beat together the Base Butter and Base Cream Cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gradually add the Base Powdered Sugar, one cup at a time, beating well after each addition.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the Lemon Lemon Juice, Lemon Zest, and Vanilla Extract.
  4. Add the Lemon mixture to the butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar mixture and beat until well combined.
  5. Stir in the Poppy Seeds until evenly distributed.
  6. If the frosting is too thick, add a teaspoon of heavy cream at a time until desired consistency is reached. If it's too thin, add more powdered sugar.
