Instructions
  1. Dredge the Liver in Flour seasoned with Salt and Pepper.
  2. Heat Vegetable Oil and Butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sauté the Onions in the skillet until softened and lightly browned, about 10-15 minutes. Remove Onions from skillet and set aside.
  4. Add Liver to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until browned but still slightly pink inside. Do not overcrowd the pan; cook in batches if necessary.
  5. Return the Onions to the skillet and cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring to combine.
  6. Serve immediately with mashed potatoes.
