Instructions
  1. Combine Flour, Smoked Paprika, Garlic Powder, Salt, and Pepper in a shallow dish.
  2. Dredge the Liver in the Flour mixture.
  3. Heat Olive Oil and Butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Sauté the Yellow and Red Onions in the skillet until softened and caramelized, about 15-20 minutes.
  5. Remove Onions from skillet and set aside.
  6. Add Liver to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until browned but still slightly pink inside. Cook in batches if necessary.
  7. Return the Onions to the skillet and drizzle with Balsamic Glaze. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring to combine.
  8. Serve immediately.
