Instructions
- Combine Flour, Smoked Paprika, Garlic Powder, Salt, and Pepper in a shallow dish.
- Dredge the Liver in the Flour mixture.
- Heat Olive Oil and Butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sauté the Yellow and Red Onions in the skillet until softened and caramelized, about 15-20 minutes.
- Remove Onions from skillet and set aside.
- Add Liver to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until browned but still slightly pink inside. Cook in batches if necessary.
- Return the Onions to the skillet and drizzle with Balsamic Glaze. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring to combine.
- Serve immediately.
