Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
Soak Panko Breadcrumbs in Heavy Cream for 5 minutes.
Sauté Onion, Carrots, and Celery in a pan until softened. Add Garlic and cook for another minute.
In a large bowl, combine all Liver, sautéed Vegetables, Bacon, Binder, and Seasoning ingredients. Mix well.
Press the mixture firmly into the prepared loaf pan.
In a small bowl, whisk together Glaze ingredients. Spread evenly over the top of the loaf.
Bake for 60-75 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
