1 pound Beef Liver
1 medium Onion-finely chopped
2 medium Carrots-finely grated
2 stalks Celery-finely chopped
2 cloves Garlic-minced

A more flavorful liver loaf featuring the addition of bacon and a richer vegetable base. This version offers a more complex taste while remaining approachable.
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. Soak Panko Breadcrumbs in Heavy Cream for 5 minutes.
  3. Sauté Onion, Carrots, and Celery in a pan until softened. Add Garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. In a large bowl, combine all Liver, sautéed Vegetables, Bacon, Binder, and Seasoning ingredients. Mix well.
  5. Press the mixture firmly into the prepared loaf pan.
  6. In a small bowl, whisk together Glaze ingredients. Spread evenly over the top of the loaf.
  7. Bake for 60-75 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  8. Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
