Instructions
- Prepare Fries according to package directions.
- Cook Bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels and crumble.
- To make the Cheese Sauce, melt Butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in Flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Gradually whisk in Milk until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in Cheddar Cheese until melted and smooth.
- Place Fries on a serving platter. Pour Cheese Sauce over Fries.
- Sprinkle with crumbled Bacon and Green Onions.
- Top with dollops of Sour Cream and serve immediately.
