Instructions
  1. Prepare the Shrimp: In a bowl, combine Shrimp with Cornstarch, Flour, Old Bay Seasoning, Garlic Powder, Cayenne Pepper, Salt, and Black Pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  2. Fry the Shrimp: Heat Vegetable Oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry Shrimp in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per batch. Drain on paper towels.
  3. Toast the Bread: Lightly toast French Bread Rolls in a toaster oven or under the broiler.
  4. Make the Remoulade Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together Mayonnaise, Creole Mustard, Pickle Relish, Hot Sauce, Horseradish, Paprika, and Garlic Powder.
  5. Assemble the Po’ Boys: Spread Remoulade Sauce on both sides of the toasted French Bread Rolls. Add Shredded Lettuce, Tomato slices, Pickles, and fried Shrimp. Serve immediately.
