1/4 cup Red Onion-finely diced
1/4 cup Sweet Pickle Relish

Instructions
  1. Cook Pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water until cooled. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all Sauce ingredients and whisk until smooth.
  3. Add Pasta, Vegetables to the bowl with the Sauce. Stir well to coat.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
