Macaroni Salad
A luxurious macaroni salad featuring succulent lobster meat and a bright, flavorful lemon-chive dressing. Uses artisanal pasta and fresh herbs.

Cooked Lobster Meat-chopped

Celery-finely diced

Shallots-minced

A luxurious macaroni salad featuring succulent lobster meat and a bright, flavorful lemon-chive dressing. Uses artisanal pasta and fresh herbs.
Instructions
- Cook Pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and immediately shock in ice water to stop cooking. Drain well and set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together all Dressing ingredients until emulsified.
- In a large bowl, gently combine Pasta, Lobster, Celery, Shallots, and Chives.
- Pour Dressing over the salad and gently toss to coat. Be careful not to overmix.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld. Garnish with extra chives before serving.
