Cook bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels and crumble slightly.
Toast pecans in a dry skillet over medium heat for 3-5 minutes, until fragrant. Let cool and chop.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Unroll cinnamon roll dough and separate into individual rolls.
Sprinkle each roll with a small amount of toasted pecans.
Wrap each cinnamon roll around a slice of bacon.
Place wrapped rolls in a greased baking dish.
In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Continue cooking until butter turns golden brown and has a nutty aroma. Stir in maple syrup and vanilla extract. This is your Glaze.
Pour Glaze evenly over the bacon-wrapped rolls.
Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
