Instructions
  1. Cook bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels and crumble slightly.
  2. Toast pecans in a dry skillet over medium heat for 3-5 minutes, until fragrant. Let cool and chop.
  3. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Unroll cinnamon roll dough and separate into individual rolls.
  5. Sprinkle each roll with a small amount of toasted pecans.
  6. Wrap each cinnamon roll around a slice of bacon.
  7. Place wrapped rolls in a greased baking dish.
  8. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Continue cooking until butter turns golden brown and has a nutty aroma. Stir in maple syrup and vanilla extract. This is your Glaze.
  9. Pour Glaze evenly over the bacon-wrapped rolls.
  10. Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
  11. Let cool slightly before serving.
