Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the pumpkin in half and scoop out the seeds.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together all Maple-Juniper Glaze ingredients.
  4. Brush the cut sides of the pumpkin with the Maple-Juniper Glaze.
  5. Place the pumpkin cut-side up on a baking sheet.
  6. In a separate bowl, combine all Pecan Crumble ingredients. Use a pastry blender or your fingers to cut the butter into the flour and sugar until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  7. Sprinkle the Pecan Crumble evenly over the glazed pumpkin.
  8. Roast for 50-60 minutes, or until the pumpkin is tender and the crumble is golden brown. Baste with glaze halfway through roasting.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
