Instructions
- Combine all Marinade ingredients in a bowl. Add ribs and marinate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight.
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Remove ribs from marinade and place in a baking dish.
- Bake ribs, covered with foil, for 2 hours.
- While ribs are baking, combine all Sauce ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove ribs from oven and increase oven temperature to 350°F (175°C).
- Brush ribs generously with Sauce. Return to oven, uncovered, for 15-20 minutes, brushing with Sauce every 5 minutes, until glazed and tender.
