Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together Dry ingredients until combined.
- In a separate large bowl, beat eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Gradually add the Dry ingredients to the egg mixture, alternating with the Milk, beginning and ending with the Dry ingredients.
- Stir in the Vanilla extract.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a wooden skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
