  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together Dry ingredients until combined.
  3. In a separate large bowl, beat eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy.
  4. Gradually add the Dry ingredients to the egg mixture, alternating with the Milk, beginning and ending with the Dry ingredients.
  5. Stir in the Vanilla extract.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a wooden skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
