Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Make the Cranberry Sauce: In a saucepan, combine Fresh cranberries, Orange juice, Granulated sugar, Orange zest, and Cinnamon. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the cranberries have burst and the sauce has thickened.
  3. Place the Brie wheel in an oven-safe dish.
  4. Pour the Cranberry Sauce mixture evenly over the Brie.
  5. Sprinkle the chopped Pecans over the cranberry sauce.
  6. Drizzle the Maple syrup over the pecans.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the Brie is softened and bubbly.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving with crackers.
