Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine all Meatballs ingredients. Mix gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
  3. Roll mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake meatballs for 20-25 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.
  5. While meatballs are baking, prepare the Sauce. In a saucepan, combine all Sauce ingredients. Bring to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Lightly toast the halved Sub rolls.
  7. In a 9x13 inch baking dish, arrange the toasted sub rolls in a single layer.
  8. Pour the Sauce over the sub rolls.
  9. Top with the baked Meatballs.
  10. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  11. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
