Roll mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
Bake meatballs for 20-25 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.
While meatballs are baking, prepare the Sauce. In a saucepan, combine all Sauce ingredients. Bring to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Lightly toast the halved Sub rolls.
In a 9x13 inch baking dish, arrange the toasted sub rolls in a single layer.
Pour the Sauce over the sub rolls.
Top with the baked Meatballs.
Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
