In a large bowl, combine all Meatballs ingredients. Mix gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
Roll mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
Bake meatballs for 20-25 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.
While meatballs are baking, prepare the Sauce. Heat Olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add Garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add Tomato paste and cook for 1 minute. Add Crushed tomatoes, Sugar, Oregano, and Red pepper flakes. Bring to a simmer and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Lightly toast the halved Ciabatta rolls.
In a 9x13 inch baking dish, arrange the toasted rolls in a single layer.
Pour the Sauce over the rolls.
Top with the baked Meatballs.
Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
