Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine all Chocolate ingredients except the vanilla extract over medium heat.
- Whisk constantly until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- For a smoother texture, use an immersion blender to blend briefly.
- Pour into mugs and garnish with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, and a cinnamon stick, if desired.
- Serve immediately.
