8 oz Lobster Meat-cooked and chopped
1/4 cup White Wine
2 Avocados-ripe
1/4 cup Mexican Crema

A luxurious and flavorful layered dip featuring succulent lobster, spicy chorizo, a creamy avocado crema, and a vibrant mango salsa. A show-stopping appetizer!
Instructions
  1. Prepare the Chorizo & Lobster: Cook the Chorizo in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it up with a spoon. Drain off any excess grease. Deglaze the pan with White Wine. Add the Lobster Meat and cook for 2-3 minutes, until heated through.
  2. Prepare the Avocado Crema: Combine all Avocado Crema ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Prepare the Mango Salsa: Combine all Mango Salsa ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Set aside.
  4. Layer the Dip: Spread the Chorizo & Lobster mixture evenly in the bottom of a serving dish.
  5. Spread the Avocado Crema over the Chorizo & Lobster.
  6. Spoon the Mango Salsa over the Avocado Crema.
  7. Sprinkle the Queso Fresco over the Mango Salsa.
  8. Garnish with Microgreens.
  9. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
