A luxurious milk toast infused with saffron and cardamom, topped with chopped pistachios. Uses artisanal bread and high-fat milk.

A luxurious milk toast infused with saffron and cardamom, topped with chopped pistachios. Uses artisanal bread and high-fat milk.
Instructions
- Gently warm the Heavy Cream in a small saucepan over low heat.
- Add the Butter, Honey, Saffron Threads, and Cardamom to the warm cream. Stir gently to infuse the flavors. Do not boil.
- Toast the Bread to a golden brown.
- Pour the warm saffron-cardamom cream over the toast.
- Sprinkle with chopped Pistachios and serve immediately.
