Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Steam or blanch Fresh Broccoli Florets until tender-crisp; drain well.
  3. In a saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Whisk in Flour and cook for 1-2 minutes to create a roux.
  4. Gradually whisk in Milk until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly, until thickened.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in Cheddar Cheese, Monterey Jack Cheese, Garlic Powder, Nutmeg, and Black Pepper until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.
  6. In a large bowl, combine diced Chicken, cooked Broccoli, and cheese sauce.
  7. Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  8. In a separate small bowl, combine Panko Bread Crumbs, Melted Butter, and Parmesan Cheese.
  9. Sprinkle the crumb mixture evenly over the casserole.
  10. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
