Bake Chicken for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
While Chicken is baking, cook Pasta according to package directions.
In a large saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Add Shallot and cook for 3 minutes, until softened. Add Garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
Deglaze the pan with White wine, scraping up any browned bits. Let simmer for 2 minutes.
Whisk in Heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low and stir in Parmesan cheese, Nutmeg, and Chicken broth. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until Sauce has thickened.
Slice or cube the baked Chicken.
Add cooked Pasta and Chicken to the Sauce. Toss to coat.
