1/2 tsp Black pepper
3/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese-grated

A richer, more flavorful version of Million Dollar Chicken Alfredo, featuring sautéed shallots and a touch of white wine in the sauce.
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season Chicken with Salt and Pepper.
  3. Combine Panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese in a shallow dish. Dredge Chicken in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing to adhere.
  4. Bake Chicken for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
  5. While Chicken is baking, cook Pasta according to package directions.
  6. In a large saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Add Shallot and cook for 3 minutes, until softened. Add Garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
  7. Deglaze the pan with White wine, scraping up any browned bits. Let simmer for 2 minutes.
  8. Whisk in Heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low and stir in Parmesan cheese, Nutmeg, and Chicken broth. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until Sauce has thickened.
  9. Slice or cube the baked Chicken.
  10. Add cooked Pasta and Chicken to the Sauce. Toss to coat.
  11. Serve immediately.
