A richer and more flavorful version of the classic bake, with fresh ingredients and a more complex sauce.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Season Chicken with garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper.
- Place chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish.
- Combine Cream cheese, Cream of Mushroom soup, Sour cream, and Chicken broth in a bowl and mix well. Pour over chicken.
- In a separate bowl, combine Panko bread crumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle over the sauce.
- Sprinkle Rotel and Monterey Jack cheese evenly over the breadcrumb mixture.
- Bake for 60-75 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and bubbly.
- Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
