Million Dollar Dip
A luxurious dip featuring smoked chicken, artisanal bacon, and a blend of premium cheeses. Finished with a homemade pickled onion relish.

Artisanal bacon-thick-cut, applewood smoked, cooked and crumbled

Cream cheese-European style, softened

A luxurious dip featuring smoked chicken, artisanal bacon, and a blend of premium cheeses. Finished with a homemade pickled onion relish.
Instructions
- Prepare the Pickled Onions: Combine thinly sliced red onion with equal parts vinegar, water, and sugar. Let sit for at least 30 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, combine all Chicken, Bacon, and Cheese ingredients.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together all Sauce ingredients until well combined.
- Add the Sauce mixture to the chicken and cheese mixture and stir until everything is evenly coated.
- Transfer the dip to a serving dish. Top with pickled onions and garnish with finely chopped chives.
- Serve immediately with artisanal crackers, crudités, or baguette slices.
