Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine all Meatballs ingredients and mix gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
  2. Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  3. In a large pot or Dutch oven, sauté Garlic from Sauce ingredients until fragrant. Add Tomato paste and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add remaining Sauce ingredients. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  5. Gently add the meatballs to the Sauce. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 75 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Serve hot over pasta or with crusty bread.
