Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine all Crust ingredients in a bowl and press firmly into the bottom of an 8x8 inch baking pan.
  3. Bake for 8-10 minutes, then let cool completely.
  4. In a large bowl, combine all Filling ingredients and mix well.
  5. Spread the Filling evenly over the cooled crust.
  6. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the Ganache chocolate chips and butter in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  7. Pour the Ganache over the Filling and spread evenly.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set. Cut into squares and serve.
