Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown the butter for the crust in a saucepan until golden brown and fragrant. Let cool slightly.
- Combine all Crust ingredients in a bowl and press firmly into the bottom of an 8x8 inch baking pan.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, then let cool completely.
- In a large bowl, combine all Filling ingredients and mix well.
- Spread the Filling evenly over the cooled crust.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the Ganache chocolate chips and heavy cream in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Stir in sea salt.
- Pour the Ganache over the Filling and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set. Cut into squares and serve.
