Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Infuse the softened European-Style Butter with the finely ground Culinary Lavender Buds for at least 30 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together all Dry Ingredients.
- In a separate bowl, cream together the lavender-infused butter and Vanilla Bean Paste until light and fluffy.
- Gradually add the Dry Ingredients to the Wet Ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Press the dough into an ungreased 8x8 inch baking pan lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle the top evenly with Pearl Sugar.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until lightly golden brown and firm.
- Let cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
