Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Infuse the softened European-Style Butter with the finely ground Culinary Lavender Buds for at least 30 minutes.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together all Dry Ingredients.
  4. In a separate bowl, cream together the lavender-infused butter and Vanilla Bean Paste until light and fluffy.
  5. Gradually add the Dry Ingredients to the Wet Ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
  6. Press the dough into an ungreased 8x8 inch baking pan lined with parchment paper.
  7. Sprinkle the top evenly with Pearl Sugar.
  8. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until lightly golden brown and firm.
  9. Let cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
