2 cups Heavy Cream
1 cup Whole Milk
4 tbsp Butter

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Whisk in Heavy Cream and Milk. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Season Sauce with Nutmeg, Salt, and White Pepper. Remove from heat and stir in Gruyère and Parmesan Cheese until melted and smooth.
  4. Arrange Potato slices in the prepared baking dish, overlapping slightly. Pour Sauce evenly over the Potatoes.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine Panko Breadcrumbs, melted Butter, and Truffle Oil. Sprinkle evenly over the potato mixture.
  6. Cover baking dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
