1 cup Sour Cream
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup Whole Milk
2 tsp Garlic-minced

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. Boil Potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain well.
  3. While potatoes boil, brown Butter in a saucepan over medium heat until golden brown and fragrant. Set aside.
  4. In a large bowl, combine all Sauce ingredients. Sauté Garlic until fragrant before adding to sauce.
  5. Add cooked Potatoes and both Cheeses to the Sauce. Stir to combine.
  6. Pour potato mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  7. In a separate bowl, combine crushed Corn Flakes and browned Butter. Sprinkle evenly over the potato mixture.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
