Million Dollar Potato Casserole
A richer, more flavorful version of the classic casserole with sharper cheeses and a browned butter topping.

Cream of Mushroom Soup

A richer, more flavorful version of the classic casserole with sharper cheeses and a browned butter topping.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Boil Potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain well.
- While potatoes boil, brown Butter in a saucepan over medium heat until golden brown and fragrant. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine all Sauce ingredients. Sauté Garlic until fragrant before adding to sauce.
- Add cooked Potatoes and both Cheeses to the Sauce. Stir to combine.
- Pour potato mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, combine crushed Corn Flakes and browned Butter. Sprinkle evenly over the potato mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
