In a large Dutch oven, brown the Ground Wagyu Beef and Ground Italian Sausage over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
Add the finely diced Yellow Onion and Red Bell Pepper to the Dutch oven and cook until softened, about 8 minutes.
Add the minced Garlic and Shallot and cook for another minute until fragrant.
Deglaze the pot with the Dry Red Wine, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom.
Combine all Sauce ingredients in a bowl and whisk until well blended.
Pour the Sauce over the meat and vegetable mixture. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for 60-75 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has thickened and the flavors have melded.
Serve the Million Dollar Sloppy Joe mixture on Potato Rolls, garnished with Pickled Jalapeños.
