1/2 tsp Black pepper
1/2 tsp Onion powder
1/4 tsp Smoked paprika

Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine all Beef and Seasoning ingredients. Mix well.
  2. Form the beef mixture into small meatballs, about 1/2 inch in diameter.
  3. Cook the meatballs in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Drain any excess grease.
  4. In a small bowl, combine all Sauce ingredients. Mix well and set aside.
  5. Assemble the skewers: alternate a beef meatball, a cube of Sharp cheddar cheese, a piece of brioche slider bun, and a dill pickle chip on each skewer.
  6. Brush the assembled skewers with the Special Sauce.
  7. Serve immediately.
