A step up from the classic, featuring a homemade special sauce and slightly better ingredients.
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all Beef and Seasoning ingredients. Mix well.
- Form the beef mixture into small meatballs, about 1/2 inch in diameter.
- Cook the meatballs in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Drain any excess grease.
- In a small bowl, combine all Sauce ingredients. Mix well and set aside.
- Assemble the skewers: alternate a beef meatball, a cube of Sharp cheddar cheese, a piece of brioche slider bun, and a dill pickle chip on each skewer.
- Brush the assembled skewers with the Special Sauce.
- Serve immediately.
